The learning parameters of the net object in the Watcher brain are self.net.{EAON, HAON, contextON, learning}. Set these to True or False to turn these features on or off.
In the PCA directory, after creating data files by running the experiment through the MultiRobot.py file, start the shell from this file and use the movie() function with the directory containing the files you want to be analyzed to create the PCA movie. The labels won't work.
